FLAG annual bonus competition
By comparison, the year-end bonuses of FLAG, Facebook, Linkedin, Amazon and Google are all relatively high, with little difference. Facebook has the highest year-end bonus at $33,225. Amazon had the lowest at $24,732.

California IT companies generally receive high year-end bonuses
Let’s look at the location of these companies with big year-end bonuses.
As you can see from the chart below, California has the highest concentration of senior IT winners, followed by Seattle. However, given the high cost of living in California, IT is not unusual for IT companies to pay more year-end bonuses to attract top talent.
