Write diary book

I wrote a total of 4,477 words today, with a little low efficiency. I mainly thought and adjusted the structure. Part of the text reads as follows:

Digital transformation is all over the place, you name it. And there are all kinds of variations, what “digital”, “data”, “digital intelligence”, people must be confused. Like they say, you can’t have fun together. \

My friend joked to me: these “experts” do nothing but invent new words every day.

I am not afraid, afraid is self-righteous.

“Digital transformation” is not just a term for 2020. Gartner, the world’s most authoritative IT research and consulting firm, defined “digital transformation” as early as around 2011. But in my research, the “digital transformation” was already under way in 2010, or even 2005.

The industry that proposed the digital transformation so early was the publishing industry, specifically the newspaper industry. Traces of this can be seen on the Internet and in academic journals.

For example, The General Administration of Press and Publication held the “2006 China Digital Newspaper Strategy and Practice High-level Seminar and the First Founding Meeting of the Board of China Digital Newspaper Laboratory” in Beijing on November 15-16, 2006, and Mr. Shi Feng, director of the General Administration of Press and Publication, stated in his speech: three points:

First, the key shift in the digital transformation of the newspaper industry.

Second, the advantages of digital transformation of the newspaper industry.

Third, the party newspaper group in the digital newspaper strategy trend.

“The development of 3G technology may make mobile phones a new medium,” the administrator said. Isn’t it magical that we look back now? Feel a pang of affront? Isn’t digital transformation a buzzword? Why did it happen more than a decade ago?

Let’s go back to the past, maybe it’ll give you some insight.

Are you wondering why they want to go digital? Why transition? It was simple. The Internet came.

Around 2000, impacted by the Internet wave, the survival situation of newspaper media was worried, and digitalization of paper media seemed to become the last straw.
