Windows 10 delete folder error:

You need permission from XXX to make changes to this folder

You need permissions from SYSTEM to make changes to this folder

Solution process:

Right click to open the folder properties as shown below and click the Advanced button

The image below appears, click change:

Go ahead, type E in the input box and right click the button to check the name

The following image appears and confirm

Check replace child containers and object owners, apply and verify:

Reopen the folder properties and select Advanced

Add:

Selection subject:

Type E in the input box and right click the button to check the name

Check full control, check only to apply these permissions to objects and/or containers in this container and determine:

Click “Enable Inheritance” button, which will change to “Disable Inheritance”, check the arrow, apply and confirm:

Done! Click delete again:

Success:

This may still not be able to delete, after setting up the computer to restart Ok
