I wrote this article a long time ago (actually PPT, sniggly), but I haven’t had a chance to send it out. Although now I look back at the PPT that I have organized, it is a little elementary, but its core value is still there. Why do I need to make design standards?
In large companies, itself has a very perfect, applicable design standards, new product is more to comply with, take doctrine. But for many of you in a startup, it’s a matter of doing whatever you want with the product, creating an ever-changing UI, and leaving it to developers to mess it up. On the one hand, the whole team is inefficient (struggling with chaotic design). On the other hand, we have done several designs and carried out several projects, but we are still as “dishes” as before, without in-depth understanding of products and better control of design, and the company is still as chaotic as before.
So, please Start from the design specification, give yourself and your team can “better” Start!

Purple wash rendering leaf, everyone is a product manager columnist, only a little proud little art product rookie, like to pour out products and design, optimistic about O2O, education and artificial intelligence. Not so handsome, playing games, watching movies, going out, playing a ball, writing an article, taking photos, fantasy are my favorite.
