As an Agile project manager, I often use auxiliary tools to improve my productivity, so I would like to briefly share my experience with you.
First of all, my daily work probably revolves around the following aspects:
The first is the management of the project scope, which includes the definition, planning and adjustment of the scope, etc. In fact, it is mainly to coordinate the roles of departments and personnel involved in the project and organize the division of labor among them.
Second, project time management, including specific activity definition, activity sequencing, time estimation, schedule arrangement and time control and other work.
The third is project quality management, including quality planning, quality control and quality assurance, etc. Since I mainly manage agile projects, my specific work content is to ensure the quality of each release while efficiently iterating.
In addition, I also manage human resources of some projects. I mainly assist HR to sort out and count the man-hours invested by team members when they participate in projects, which is convenient for better performance management.
It can be said that the first three tasks are relatively common requirements of project management. I mainly use kanban, Gantt chart and other tools to assist in project planning and schedule management.

Generally make good use of the above a few tools, my project schedule can get reliable guarantee, the rest is to ensure the quality of project, because work efficiency necessarily mean said while increasing, the speed and quality of commonly so I will use in terms of product quality assurance test case tools and quantitative tools to some defects as auxiliary.
ONES Test Case
Actually for a manager of r&d project, in specific management work, use what kind of management method is more critical, because different products form also determines its different development model and development process, so there is no best auxiliary promote efficiency tools, only more suitable for their work scene and the content of the tool is a good tool, No amount of theory is as valuable as the conclusion gained from hands-on practice.
