Generally speaking, there are three reasons:

1. There is no login account in the app market.

Solution: Log in to the app market to accept invitations.

2. The app market has logged in to an account, but it is not an account that accepts invitations.

Solution: Change the account used to log in to the app market to the account used to accept invitations

3. The registration location of the test account does not match the storage location when the user list is created. For example, the storage site is In Germany, but the application test account is in Mexico. If you receive the invitation email in time, you cannot search the application if you accept the invitation.

Solution: Recreate the list of test users, publish a new version of Opentest, and select a new list of test users.
