Recently, a customer consulted our 3D visualization editor and said that after seeing the cases made by our 3D visualization editor, he also wanted to realize the visualization of his own water treatment process. I want to carry out online sales through this real THREE-DIMENSIONAL visual display, so as to close more customers and reduce the impact of the epidemic on myself. Through communication, the customer put forward several difficult problems and wanted us to make some 3D visual scene demos according to their water plant scene pictures. The customer listed the specific problems and difficulties as follows:
- Can the water plant filtration model be modeled to achieve three-dimensional effect;
- Can the process of the whole water plant scene be reproduced;
- Whether the real-time data of water plant equipment can be displayed;
- There are many pipes in the water plant, and the shape is complex. Without modeling, can you change the direction of editing and connect the pipes?
The project design
According to the above requirements of customers, we began to review whether our own editor could realize these problems. Finally, after discussion, we designed a set of implementation schemes and finally completed the effects of each scene. The following is a simple to share the implementation scheme, so the scheme is demo, the later development effect will be further optimized. 3 D device modeling
First of all, we design and use professional modeling tools to model water plant equipment. Modeling equipment such as filter, sedimentation tank, suction well, ground, clear pool, recoil fan, recoil fan, water pump, water pump room and other equipment.
Model import
Create the model, import it in the editor, preview it, and note the relevant information to the model.The imported model can be viewed in the left tree and dragged to the scene for editing.
Pipeline edit
If you are careful, you will find that there is no modeling for pipes. The main reason is that there are many pipes in the water plant scene, and the cross shapes are diverse, the thickness is different, the colors are also diverse, and they are not as fixed as the equipment. How can we achieve that? After analyzing various factors of the scene, we finally studied a kind of intelligent pipeline editing, which can create and edit the pipeline flexibly. The main functions are as follows: Dot-edit: In edit mode, the pipe can be moved by the left mouse button to change the position of the pipe being edited to edit the control point. Double-click the mouse to end the generation of the pipe.
- 3D direction transformation: 3d editing of pipeline model can be realized through coordinate switching button.
- Inflection point connection of pipeline: the inflection point of pipeline can be produced, and the inflection point connection can be carried out by setting the pipeline attribute as transparent.
- Pipeline property setting: Select the pipeline, through the panel, you can set the basic properties of the pipeline, such as the color of the pipeline, thickness, description, etc.
Pipeline animation
After the pipe is edited, use a map, change the pipe style, and set the pipe animation to turn on. The animation of the pipe supports flow direction Settings.
Scene layout simulation
According to the scene layout, adjust the position, size, rotation, batch increase, copy and other basic Settings of various devices by dragging and dropping to achieve the final 3D effect.
Real-time Data Interconnection
The equipment in the water plant supports real-time data display, convenient and quick configuration. With the real-time data source management function of the 3D editor, the interface address of the customer can be connected and bound to the device according to the platform data format for real-time data presentation.
