Use Xshell6 to connect ali cloud server tutorial

What is an Ecs cloud server?

Ecs cloud servers are elastic computing resource allocation. When we create an Ecs instance, we create a virtual computing environment, including CPU, memory, operating system, disk, bandwidth and other basic server components. We can perform basic operations on the instance, such as mounting disks, creating snapshots, creating images, deploying the environment, and so on.

I personally use aliyun’s cloud server, which has student discounts and is not too expensive

Xshell6

To connect and operate the cloud server, we can choose to download Xshell6 for remote connection

Connection (Description of environment)

  • Open Xshell6, create a new session, and do the basic Settings for the connection:

  • IP address of the replication server:

  • Configure the security group (that is, open port 22 for SSH connection) :

  • Back to Xshell6 for user authentication:

  • If you forget your password:

This way you can connect successfully!
