The introduction

In the 21st century, with the rapid development of China’s economy and real estate market, more and more high-rise and super-high-rise residential buildings began to be put into use. As an essential vehicle — elevator, as a special equipment responsible for vertical transportation in high-rise buildings, the structure and operation mechanism are very complex, and personal safety is of great concern, has become the daily transportation tool of high-rise buildings in major cities, followed by elevator equipment management problems are increasingly prominent.

Analysis of elevator maintenance and safety management status, combined with the use of zero code building platform (Mingdao cloud) to build elevator maintenance system, to help achieve elevator maintenance management information and intelligence.

In recent years, there has been a growing social focus on elevator safety. There are many reasons for the elevator hidden trouble, such as the elevator quality is not up to standard, there are defects in the maintenance, the daily detection is inconsistent with the actual safety situation, and the repair and maintenance response is slow, which has become an urgent problem to be solved in the elevator industry.

In this paper, through the use of zero code application to build a platform (Mingdao Cloud), can standardize the elevator in the maintenance and maintenance of the work flow, improve the efficiency of maintenance and maintenance. Data is stored in real-time to ensure that detection is consistent with the actual situation. Statistical analysis of maintenance response time, as a reference for efficiency improvement.

1. Preparation for construction

1. Prepare materials

2. Divide the plates

As shown in Figure 1.2, it is divided into six major sections, namely, cockpit, elevator files, elevator maintenance, elevator repair list, spare parts management and basic information. Each plate has a function to implement.

1. Establishment of basic information

As figure 2.1 shows, the form in the basic information is referenced in other sections by means of associated records. If subsequent basic information changes, you can directly modify it in this section, which is convenient to save time.

2. Elevator files

After having the basic information, we need to establish our elevator files, we divide the elevator attributes: state, number, name, specifications, type, installation location, responsible person, manufacturer, supplier, etc., and store and record the elevator information.

3. Elevator maintenance

In the elevator maintenance, there are three forms of TSG-T5002-2017 Elevator Maintenance Rules, elevator maintenance list and maintenance details.

In our elevator maintenance list, the normal operation of the elevator maintenance rules set, maintenance frequency, maintenance, maintenance items, etc., a few days before the next maintenance timely remind maintenance people to prepare for maintenance

When we arrange the elevator maintenance, we will notify the corresponding maintenance person. The maintenance person can see the maintenance details and view their work content. The relationship between maintenance policy and maintenance list is similar to that between project and task in project management. When the task of the project is completed, the project will be completed. When the maintenance details of the dimension insurance policy are completed, the dimension insurance policy is completed.

4. Elevator repair form

The repairman finds the faulty elevator, finds the elevator department, and the elevator department arranges professional maintenance personnel to repair the elevator. When the repair is completed, the repairman will check the elevator again. When all the procedures pass, the elevator status in the elevator information table will be automatically updated (normal operation).

Standardize elevator maintenance process, improve elevator maintenance efficiency, record elevator maintenance records, and form enterprise data assets.

5. Spare parts management

As shown in figure 2.8, spare parts management is similar to a small invoicing system, in the elevator repair and maintenance of the two, this part has to apply for spare parts as spare parts warehouse, spare parts warehouse is automatically updated in the inbound and outbound, when inventory is insufficient, automatically notify relevant head of procurement (complete) by using workflow.

6. Cockpit

When the whole system runs normally, the next step is to process and analyze the data we need to understand.

Third, summary

Through the use of zero code application to build a platform (Mingdao Cloud) can standardize the elevator daily repair and maintenance process, greatly improve the efficiency of the elevator industry, and real-time data storage, to ensure that the data and the actual consistency. Colleagues accumulated industry data, summarized experience, optimized each link, and used Mingdao Cloud to help the elevator industry realize the informatization and intelligence of maintenance.
