Hi, I’m crooked.

When I saw this topic on Zhihu today, to be honest, I was stunned:

www.zhihu.com/question/49…

School enrollment total package a year close to 40W, have to say, computer YYDS!

Looking back over the years, it seems that every year after the lottery, there is a wave of hot debate, every year is a new record.

Early, is the advantage of this sentence. It’s kind of out of order in the computer industry.

Last year, students who were complacent about hanging upside down have become objects of hanging upside down this year.

Ask whom the heavens have spared!

I have also said that I was only admitted to this profession because of my poor academic performance in the college entrance examination. I had to adjust from the ace mechanical major to the newly established computer department, so I could barely get admitted to this university.

As everyone knows, fate inadvertently gave me a chance to change my life against the odds, I also seized it.

So from the beginning of my graduation year, whenever someone asked me whether TO sign up for a computer major, I was: sign up! Why not?

This industry, indeed bitter, indeed tired, to learn a lot of things.

But ask, which industry it is not bitter not tired?

At least computers are still visible.

And most of my friends who struggle all the way from the countryside, bitter and tired, just our routine.

The size of the week? 996? Work overtime? .

Are they more terrible than being poor?

I know I’m overdrawing my body and health.

Ill, then it is my fate to spend the money I earn. I’m not sick. Then I make money.

I’m not advocating that you make money by overdrawing yourself. I’m just inoculating you.

Rather than others say, I laugh at myself.

So, especially from rural, poor friends, I always think there are too many opportunities to change your life in this industry.

For that objective reward, I would like to be king Curly.

So I think people who persuade others to learn computer are bastards.

Unless, of course, you’re a little too old, and that “unless” is one of the cruelties of this business.

Over the years I’ve been in the industry, I’ve learned a little bit.

More and more, I realized that even a lifetime of learning could not keep up with the pace of technological change. So slowly the vision from the constantly changing superstructure, transferred to the relatively stable infrastructure.

More and more aware of those operating systems, compiler principles, computer networks, computer composition principles, data structures… And so on, the importance of these low-level courses, which are what I just said about infrastructure.

More and more, I realized that the development language I was relying on was just a tool, and I was just a skilled user of that tool.

There is a growing realization that there will not be technology-driven companies, only business-driven companies. It is important for companies to be legal and even make money in grey areas. The same is true for individuals.

I became more and more aware that my core competitiveness compared with those who entered the computer industry was technical ability at the beginning, but with the increase of years, this core competitiveness is declining sharply year by year.

More and more people realize that impetuousness and anxiety are inevitable emotions in this industry or every industry, but many people, like me, due to lack of experience, will be confused by such emotions. You can ask for help, but in the end, if you really want to go out, you’re basically on your own. After repeatedly coming out several times, is the backbone of the team, technical backbone, leading personnel. And the ones who don’t get out, they fall behind at three, five, 35 years old, and then it’s hard to keep up.

I’ve come to realize that what I thought was a “mismatch between technical ability and years of work” may have been a mistake. Because in the same five years of working, you improve technical ability, and he improves business ability. It’s hard to tell who went farther.

There is a growing awareness that this is indeed a very good industry with a chance of turning upside down, but it is becoming increasingly exaggerated. What we can see is basically the 20% part. But when it comes to doing it, most of us are in the 80 percent, the average part. The people who know this, but still rush into the industry and strive for the 20%, are the real programmers and engineers.

Wait, doesn’t 20% conflict with what I said earlier about everybody learning computers?

Not really.

Twenty percent isn’t high, but it’s high compared to other industries.

Now that you’re in, you should try to be that 20 percent.

I particularly envy, jealous, jealous of those who entered the big factory upon graduation, with hundreds of thousands of offers a year of students.

But I wish them well, because they must have gone through a lot to get to this point. Just because they didn’t say it doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. They are the 20%.

But it doesn’t matter, even though I am so mediocre, I still appreciate and love this industry.

If you’re feeling tired, take a look at this chart to give yourself a pep talk:

Cheer up, you also have to realize a problem, that is still the above salary, in this year’s graduates are very rare.

Much less than the previous 20%.

Maybe 5%?

Maybe that’s too much to say. 2% is about the same.

But no matter how many there are, there are always some.

Front-line landlords, beaming:

Oh, right, above zhihu’s question, I also casually wrote an answer:

What’s wrong with the money!

What’s wrong with the money?

What’s wrong with the money! ?

I don’t want to get involved in the Internet business.

I don’t want to be stuck in a station and a code.

My quest is the sea of stars,

There are so many places to visit,

There’s so much to eat,

There’s so much fun to be had,

Oh, by the way, I’m still single, and I need to find a girl.

.

And so on.

How many?

How much did you say?

40 w? 40 w a year? Right out of school for $40 a year?

Where is the company? I’ll report.

Don’t tell me about the stars and the sea, poetry and distance, I don’t care.

Money is king, money can buy a big house, to buy a good car.

What, girl?

You gonna talk to me about girls?

I want to put my career and my kids and stuff on hold.
