What is self-discipline

2. Make a schedule in advance

Five-year plans, three-year plans, annual plans, monthly plans, weekly plans, etc., are all useful, but few of them stick to them. If you can’t stick to a daily plan, why make a yearly plan for yourself?

3. Reward yourself appropriately
