Starting from April 19, 2 weeks after the interview, probably around 10 companies, small start-up team to dozens of people, big to thousands of listed companies, some well-known Internet companies have not made a start, because the algorithm have not yet begun to see, and himself can’t accept the high strength work overtime, so didn’t consider a line, but also feel not worthy ~

Interview Status:

In the above company, only spark thinking and quick hand hang in one side, all because the programming problem did not write out. Kuaishou asked very few eight-part essays, so far has not figured out why Kuaishou can give me 7 programming problems…

Yy, Meitu and Tujia failed after the second interview, because I used VUE and they reacted. Here I really want to say that if you are a single technology stack, you must look at the technology used by the company before applying your resume. In the interview with Meitu and Tujia, the interviewer said that he did not remember VUE, and I did not react, so the whole process was slightly awkward. In order to give the tujia interviewer time, chatting for an hour.

In order not to waste each other’s time, several other small companies directly rejected offers. Two written offers were accepted, and several others were in the salary negotiation stage. It is worth mentioning that the company called [big account room], is the interview experience of the worst one, forgive me to say, is a spicy chicken ~~~~~

1. Interview experience

1.1 Time: Before, my technical leader told me that the interview should not be arranged on Monday, because everyone had not really entered the work state and was in low mood on Monday, so it was easy to be hit by the gun. However, as I just started to test the water, I didn’t care much about the schedule.

1.2 Interview schedule: I think it is necessary to organize such a table. On the one hand, I can see it clearly and I will not forget it easily. On the other hand, when I receive the interview call, I can select the available interview time as soon as possible (BECAUSE I have experienced that I do not know which day to arrange, and the HR is reluctant to add wechat, saying that I will contact later, and then… And then…) .

1.3 Interview expression: Self-introduction and confident expression are really important. The leader told me before: in fact, some people have passed as soon as they look at their face and open their mouth, unless they have really strong professional ability behind them. I was joking about how weird it had to be. It wasn’t until I started interviewing people that I realized that it had nothing to do with looks, but with one’s state of mind and ability to express oneself.

During my interview, some interviewees did not make eye contact with me during the whole process, but kept staring at the slanted side to answer the questions, which gave me the feeling that they were reciting the answers and the whole process was very awkward. Originally, it was a state of communication, but then the interviewees gave me the feeling that THEY were reciting and running after reciting.

And most importantly, be confident! Be confident! Be confident! We are strangers to the interviewer. The interviewer doesn’t know whether we have done it or not. If we are hesitant when talking about a project, the interviewer has reason to doubt whether you are in charge of the project.

2. About resume:

2.1 Photo Problem: Since I have not been out for an interview for more than 3 years, I always think that the photo on my resume is a must. However, 90% of the recent ones I receive have no photo on them. I must be out of step with The Times.

But for myself, I prefer to put it on. Because most interviews are online now, in fact, video interviews are ok, at least you can see people. If it’s a voice interview, the whole process is not very impressive, just like the people I’ve spoken to, I can’t remember a single performance at the end of the discussion because I can’t relate to it.

But it’s up to you whether you want to put a picture or not.

3. Knowledge Summary:

Because I am still on the job, SO I can only spare spare time to sort out some knowledge points, and then sorted out their own CSS, JS, VUE, ES6, HTTP, Webpack, performance optimization and other documents, early about browsing a few times, almost from the inside to pick the key to see.

One advantage of this classification is that you can use the time on the subway every morning to memorize a specific class, and it is very fast to find corresponding knowledge points in the follow-up.

After more than a dozen, actually interview about the basic knowledge, each company to ask about the same, then that is often asked, and need to extend, separately and summary in a document, because once entered the stage of the interview, it is difficult to calm down to remember all the knowledge, this time have to pick out the most important memory.

Although it’s only been 2 weeks, the interview is really tiring, especially in the on-the-job state, while meeting with others, while being interviewed by others, and in between, we have to do requirements and fix bugs. Every day like a thief, sneaking out, adult world, really too south!
