I have been staying in Tianjin for 5 years. I studied in Tianjin and my first job was also in Tianjin, xx State-owned company. I am also very sad to leave this company. It’s been three years since I established the self-study technology exchange community. There are a lot of people coming and going in the group. It’s nice to see a lot of self-study friends taking the lead.

What are the regrets of 2021
Review 2021, this year there is no big harvest, due to its reasons, the direction is still not determined, like a ship sailing in the sea, no destination, floating everywhere. This year, I spent a lot of time on technical learning, which was fragmented, one idea at a time, and then wasted a lot of time. I currently work for two companies, have been doing is ToB direction, can be understood as a front direction in the background, and do for a long time, haven’t had that like power, he has always wanted to the whole stack direction or back-end Go/Java direction, front can’t roll to move, every front end point the emergence of new technology and new direction, Every 2-3 years, there will be a wave of new direction experts, and then another wave of experts in the next 3 years, the front-end coder has to constantly follow the company’s update and update their own technology stack, but also faced with layoffs, at that time, your age has come up, small young people than, how do you compare with them. To protect against this risk, you need to set the direction early in your career and drill deep into it. Then you will have the experience to solve problems and the insight to navigate the industry.
In 2022, I will not learn the technology outside the company’s technology stack. If I have a good grasp of the technology stack required by the company, I can solve problems efficiently, and continue to review and summarize. I will learn the technology needed in the direction I want to go, and continue to input and output.
