1. Open QuickTime Player — > File — > New Screen Recording

2. A window will pop up. Click the red dot

3. Then the Mac will pop up a message telling us that we can capture a certain area of the screen to record, that is, for the emulator.

4. Underline the area you want to record (inside the dotted line), just like in the screenshot. Then click start recording.

5. A button similar to pause will appear in the upper right status bar. After recording, click it to end recording.

Once you’ve recorded the screen, it’s time to convert it to a Gif. There is also a search online conversion, I used GifBrewery. Download it directly from App Stroe, free of charge.

6. Open GifBrewery and click Open Video

7. Select the video you just recorded and click Create (the most basic direct conversion, if there are some complicated operations, search GifBrewery tutorial)

8. The effect will pop up in a few seconds. Just click Save to Save. If you are not satisfied, click Cancel to return to the previous screen (you can change some Settings).
