To be punctual

Most candidates will be nervous at the beginning of the interview. When they don’t know how to answer questions, they will panic and speak faster, which will affect the smooth communication. At this point, you should tell the candidates, don’t be nervous, we take our time, the interview is a process of getting to know each other, if you don’t understand, feel free to ask questions, you can interrupt at any time, it’s ok. Get the candidate relaxed and into the interview as soon as possible.
During the interview, be gracious and humble, understand that the interview is about learning from each other, learning about the business, learning more solutions to problems, and not being condescending and pointing at the candidate.
Heuristic questions, guided exposition
It is normal for a candidate to not answer all the questions. He may not understand them thoroughly. He may not know where to start. This is the time to guide him, inspire him, give him some simple tips to get the candidate thinking, and get his CPU revveing.

For example, some candidates are very specialized in business, good at and love solving business problems and realizing complex type interaction, but they do not like tool product development and are not good at the design and organization of basic components. Some students have a solid professional foundation and do not like to spend time on business construction. They are more interested in building open source libraries, component libraries, tools and engineering. The attitude a candidate should have

Can master a lot of knowledge in a short time, can show that learning ability is good. But why don’t you work hard at work? Summarize more, think more, share more, teach others, consolidate their own achievements.
Soft qualities that cannot be ignored
Relax. An interview is a conversation. Only in a calm mood can we better take out our real strength and have a smooth communication effect. Sometimes people are unnaturally nervous. Try deep breathing. It helps. However, I prefer face-to-face communication. Finally, a weird experience
I once had such a strange second interview. The candidate arrived about 20 minutes early, but there was an extra meeting at noon that day. I had informed HR in advance that the interview might be postponed for about 10 minutes so that the candidate could take a rest on the sofa. “Shouldn’t you look at your resume in advance?”
“Yes, yes, because yesterday I only looked at the general, today I have a meeting, I haven’t looked at it carefully, I need to look at it more carefully.”
“Well, you set the questions. I’ve been working for so many years, and I need a written test.”
“You, with a master’s degree, have only been working for a year. This is not a written test, it’s a basic point, okay? Do you?”
“Ok”

“Isn’t that a college interview question? You want me to answer school exams? You don’t respect me!”
