My insight

Ninety-nine percent of businesses still use cold attendance machines, ignoring the fact that it’s the first management that employees meet when they come in every day

First of all, think of the attendance device as a person working 24 hours a day in the company. What should this person do to make attendance less cold?

The function point

Work & Play

Although it is for attendance, I changed the clock button into “Work Hard” and “Play Hard” to remind colleagues who clock in to Work Hard and Play Hard.

Photo clock

Punch in with a photo was originally a cold feature that clicked “Work Hard” or “Play Hard” to enter the screen.

Custom greeting

It starts with a welcome line, such as “Another happy day at work”, which hr customizes for employees through backstage. For example, on birthdays, people will say happy birthday. Or hr may customize some caring words according to the situation.

The first day I joined the company

It will also show that this is the XXX day you joined the company… Reinforce the concept of dates, how many days have you been working and living together. A fellow soldier in the trenches… It’s a big family. For example, some companies will be grateful for more than 3 years of staff, send the whole family horse travel. It can also show you how many days are left before you go to Maday.

Mood code, there will be secret care

You can also express your mood today through memes, which will remind personnel to pay attention or care in the background.

Then click Take a photo to Take a photo through the camera.

Generate video

If you understood the above part about taking photos and punching in, then you can see that you get 2 photos when you clock in and out every day.

More than 500 photos can be obtained with full attendance in one year. At 24fps, a 20-30 second video can be generated.

Then this video is the record of your growth in this company for one year. If you can show it to everyone at the annual meeting, their hearts will be very touched!

Expand the thinking

Of course, regular working hours calculation, attendance report functions are available. In addition, due to the particularity of the attendance machine, we can know the personnel situation of a company, which can reflect the business condition of a company, and may provide some enterprise services.

Unfortunately, the source code for this product is no longer running successfully.

I can only explain some ideas I had when I was thinking and developing, and I also found a screenshot of the business plan I wrote that year.
