I am currently a webmaster teaching iOS development.
Around January this year, I published a set of basic iOS video tutorials on two platforms, one is Netease Cloud Classroom and the other is Tencent Classroom, both of which are dachang:
Netease Classroom, Tencent classroom.
Now there are many small and medium-sized factories online course platform on the market, I have not put on the shelf, but also think that every place to do a little, have to have a look, feel more distracting, when the after-sales can not keep up with it is not very good.
When it went live, it sold better than I thought. It is also the first time to do, not too high luxury, but to see their efforts have been recognized by everyone, the in the mind is still very satisfied.
I have also advertised my tutorials on various technical forums, but all of them are linked to netease. Because of the huge complexity of putting them on Tencent’s shelves, it seems that the single review has been removed for several weeks, so they have not been able to put them on the shelves. (There seems to be a taste of wine personality feeling, foreshadowing!)
Dachang, there’s flow. Hold on.
Very not easy in Tencent after the shelves, is also a problem. For example, each chapter can only be uploaded 10 sections, for example, the order of the tutorial is messed up after uploading failed. That’s okay, but there’s one important hashtag that’s been waiting to be reviewed:
I would package part of the tutorial into a small package of free tutorials for diversion. What this TAB does is to have an associated link to the paid version of the free version of the tutorial, which students can click directly to the paid version. Now that the tag is pending, the student has to spend time looking for a paid version of my tutorial, or he doesn’t even know I have a paid full tutorial.
It has been in the pending review state till now:
Consultation customer service received the reply:
The most hateful thing is that once a tutorial is uploaded, it cannot be updated!
As for iOS development, the release speed is extremely fast, Apple official one month small change, three months big change things happen.
My tutorials are all about permanent updates, so I’ll have to update the tutorial once it’s official:
Such as:
1. Add some explanatory captions to explain the recent changes and what to do now.
2. Record a video and update it.
3. If a lot of students are having problems in one place, for example, cocoapods is too slow to install, I will subtitle the solution and update the video. And so on.
Above all these need real-time update video, this point netease is done, or more appreciation. Tencent, to achieve the above functions, very difficult, very tedious, very anti-human! Even if it does, it’s very difficult for students to do it. However, there are not many students in Tencent, only a few dozen, so basically we can solve problems one by one in private.
Suck it up.
(I can bear it, I can’t believe it myself, after all, I am such a person who cares about details)
Here comes the big story — the big factory is in arrears?
Tencent’s settlement is relatively slow, and it will take a month to remit to me at the soonest. Although there are not many students here, we can still get a few thousand after deduction, I am quite looking forward to it.
So far I have not received these funds, Tencent has shamelessly become a settlement state, rogue rogue?
According to Tencent said, if not to send an email to them: (after making money unexpectedly to 15 working days to the account, you this is interstellar remittance? And I never saw any “confirm receipt” button, so Tencent took the initiative to say that my money has been settled.)
No reply, no reply!
I was thinking that such a situation would be intolerable to any good-natured man.
On May 27th, I used QQ to contact the customer service of the student terminal and got the following reply:
It was the last day of May, and I still hadn’t received any feedback from Tencent
I sent QQ to the customer service of the student terminal again, and got the reply:
This time, because I said I was going to expose them, it quickly came back.
But this feedback is actually funny:
What? NM Isn’t this something I’ve been doing since before I posted the paid tutorial?
General platform will be in the network division before the charging version of the tutorial, let us log in the bank account, so that the later payment. Only after the bank account is approved can the charging video be put on the shelves. Ma, this is also reasonable.
The question is, why are you telling me all over again that my account has been approved?
Obviously, my bank account must have already been audited. (Isn’t that nonsense? If my account is not approved, will you let me upload the paid video? In my email to Tencent, I also showed that the account has been reviewed:
I didn’t understand why Tencent sent me another email about account review until I found this:
I usually turn off QQ after I use it, because there are too many boring notifications. So I turned it off after that day, and Tencent sent me a message like “Are you there?”
When I submitted my bank account before, the branch of the first bank I submitted did not know whether it was closed or moved, so there was no branch address for Tencent to choose, so I chose a general branch bank, thinking that it was not cosmic remittance, and the bank name and account would be just the same.
No, Tencent says no!
So I switched accounts, and they approved it.
Now you are telling me that your payment system did not respond because I changed my account, is that what you mean?
Have you made fools of the great masses of the people?
You can do that with all the payment systems?
On June 13, I finally received a sum of more than 300 dollars from Tencent: it was really not easy!
I checked it, and it looks like this:
I analyzed it again (yes, dealing with this kind of dishonest, brain cells) : The only difference between this money and other money is that it is from other channels.
I tried to click on the “other channels” question mark, but it didn’t work.
