September 21 —- Group interview (group interview)

September 22 —- first interview

The initial interview is the first day of the group interview, the interview process is about an hour.

First of all, I asked about the resume project, and the questions were very detailed. There was an entrepreneurial project in my project, which focused on the difficulties in the project, the corresponding solutions and the project to test the authenticity of the project and the understanding of the project.

September 23 — Department boss interview

The interview took the form of video interview, which was basically the same as the previous day’s interviewer’s questions. They asked about the resume first, mainly digging into the details of the project.

In the open question stage, I mainly asked a question to design a new operation reference index without the existing KPI system. This is also a data analysis topic. Two aspects are mainly investigated, one is to investigate the understanding of product operation data, the other is to investigate the logic of operation data analysis. This has a lot to do with the departmental nature of recruitment.

This side is shorter, about 25 minutes.

I also received a telephone notice at about 22:00 that evening and had an interview the next day. As the interviewer was on a business trip in Japan, the telephone interview was adopted.

September 24 – GM side

The interview was originally scheduled for 9:00 a.m., but the interviewer made the interview an hour in advance.
