I front-end development, 2 years and 9 months of work experience, technical stack Vue family barrel + wechat small program native development, a little thinkPHP and NodeJS.

Our last company was not profitable, so our boss dismissed our 4-member technical team and left on December 15. We started to look for a job one week before leaving, and it has been 10 days until this paper is published. Here is a summary of the current situation of looking for a job.

First of all, I have already worked for 4 companies, which is a big failure on my resume. As for the reasons for changing jobs frequently, they are basically closed companies or poor company performance (really, really, really). Then the way to find a job is basically in the boss direct hiring, shielding all outsourcing companies, only to invest in the nearby, a little scale of the company. It may be because at the end of the year, there are not as many front-end positions nearby as there were at the time of Jin Jiu Yin Xi, but there are still some recruitment information released by some companies.

These days, I have sent more than 50 applications and received about 20 resume invitations. There are only 5 interview invitations in total, and the last one has been interviewed.

First of all, the technical interview of the first company was not ideal and I was not well prepared. The interviewer did not answer many simple questions correctly or stuttered. However, the interviewer might think it was ok, so he called the technical director, who only asked me what was the most difficult question in my development? Maybe I answered the misericordible question, this later also did not reply, the boss asked is no reply;

The second interview was a little far away, and it was a single day off. The interviewer was friendly, a front-end bar about my age (PS: I went to the interview on Friday, and received the offer from hr at 6pm on Monday. Finally, I rejected the offer because I thought it was a single day off and the salary did not meet the expectation.

Third and the fourth is very close to home, home is the third Sunday about the telephone interview, and then a phone interview people feel bad, below middle several problems stuck for a long time didn’t answer, but on Monday, the personnel contact me on the boss said let me go to the second interview, the second interview process is to bring a note for me to do, after finish, I had a telephone interview with the technical director for about half an hour, but the result was probably not good. I did not ask any questions related to technology, but asked some questions about personal planning. The answer may not be very satisfied with the interviewer, so there was no follow-up (I also asked later, but the result was not passed). The fourth one went there in the afternoon of the same day. First, I briefly introduced myself to the hr department and then met with the technical supervisor for about 15 minutes, only to be informed by the HR department that the technical aspect was not approved (sad).

The fifth is a relatively large listed company, opened a subsidiary, the new project needs to recruit front-end development, I feel this company is very forced, not into the large company, a little excited. I had a telephone interview at 5:00 PM on Tuesday and an on-site interview on Wednesday. The technical interview lasted for about 50 minutes, but I was not asked to go back and wait for the company (it was probably cold again). However, I personally felt that this company had the best performance and I was not very nervous during the interview. Guess: Probably the resume is not very good, big companies may not accept.

Conclusion: interview five companies, in addition to the first company to prepare adequately, several other interview between individuals give a 60 to 80 points, as to why are cool, may be the interview process, there are some simple interview question, answer to do not accord with the interviewer’s expectations, on the other hand, is likely to resume working experience in four create too much.

In the end, the interview questions were frame oriented (VUE) about 60%, native JS about 40%, CSS and HTML very little.

Make it a small goal to find a job before Chinese New Year!!
