I have been blogging for more than a year now. Earlier this year, I wrote a blog summary for 2020. With the increase in the number of blog writing, I also participated in some activities of CSDN, and gained some deeper understanding of blog writing. I would like to share with you here.
I used to think of blogging as a process of deep thought, which is what I value most, and the experience of blogging for more than a year has proved to be useful. In addition, when encountering problems, I can quickly find the core point of the problem and make a good summary. These two points alone are enough to keep me going, regardless of the other benefits.
The main purpose of writing this article is to talk about how deep thinking is.
Here is my understanding, not necessarily correct, we can discuss it together.
Regardless of direction, there are several types of blogs:
-
Reading note form
This type of blog, mainly will see the content of the record, easy to find.
-
Repeat the type
In this type of blog, the author mainly learns a piece of knowledge, digests it and reorganizes it into structure and language. Better is to learn a lot of information, draw from the long, write a more comprehensive, more accurate article.
-
Practice type
The essential difference between the practical style and the previous two is that it is hands-on. Put your knowledge into practice and think about how and what benefits it will bring.
Practical expressions are usually two-way. It is possible to analyze the knowledge learned occasionally in connection with the actual situation; It is also possible to actually encounter problems, online search for information, immediately used for practice.
-
The master type
This kind of general refers to in a particular area of research especially deep, is an industry expert. Or integrate what you have learned to discover new problems and solve new problems. Like designing a new DB, designing GRPC, writing Gin framework.
Or maybe the theory is strong and the published paper is the cornerstone of a new direction, such as Leslie Lamport et al.
There are generally four types, with some minor classifications for each type, which are not discussed here.
The reason for the distinction is that different types have different degrees of deep thinking. For me, either is better than not blogging at all.
To the extent of deep thinking, master > practice > retelling > reading notes.
Except for the master style, all the others have been written, and it is a natural process. Start by taking some reading notes, slowly retell what you have learned, and then force yourself to do it. This process is very much in line with the content of practice, and my understanding of blogging continues to evolve and deepen, until one day I realize that there are different categories of blogging, and each category serves me differently.
I hope I can write more practical blogs in the future and strive for the level of master style.
Finally, blogging requires a good mindset. The main conflict of blogging is to improve yourself, and everything else is secondary.
