Job description of CTO:

  1. Deep understanding of AIOPS business scenarios and customer needs, leading new achievements of AIOPS algorithm within the company and industry, promoting project landing and scale, and focusing on effect improvement;
  2. Responsible for planning the company’s AIOPS technology development route, responsible for the platform product technology and algorithm reserve, organize the formulation and implementation of major product technology decisions and programs, to achieve the company’s product technology innovation goals;
  3. Responsible for the construction and design of the company’s products and AIOPS technology framework, responsible for the orderly iteration of the company’s product technology;
  4. Responsible for the core technical problems, system optimization, to help solve the technical problems in the process of product development;
  5. Responsible for setting up the R&D system and managing the product R&D team, supervising and guiding the work, and cultivating a highly efficient R&D team;
  6. Responsible for the research and development and application of the algorithm research center of the company, and laid the algorithm foundation for creating intelligent scenes;
  7. Responsible for planning the company’s intellectual property and patent management, leading the application of science and technology projects and formulating the specifications of the company’s technical documents.

Job requirements:

  1. 985 or overseas study, master degree or above, more than 10 years working experience, major in computer, data science or related is preferred;
  2. Familiar with frontier algorithms of artificial intelligence, with more than 5 years of experience in global management of AI or Internet production and research teams, familiar with product and research team management, operation management mode and workflow, with certain strategic planning, coordination and analysis ability;
  3. Have a deep understanding and rich practical experience in AIOPS, Machine Learning, NLP, multi-mode or space-time big data, streaming computing, high concurrency, etc.
  4. Familiar with mainstream deep learning programming framework (TensorFlow/PyTorch/Caffe/MXNet), familiar with its underlying architecture and implementation mechanism;
  5. Excellent professional quality, team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and accept challenges;
  6. Author of SCI literature in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms is preferred;
  7. Full of innovative spirit, and constantly solve the cutting-edge issues.
