Resolve slow access or download failures to sites such as Github

1. Open code cloud (not fu bao of course) gitee.com/ and register

2. Create a warehouse

3. On the New Warehouse page, select Import Existing Warehouse.

4. Copy you will need to download git links, such as https://github.com/lehaifeng/T-GCN.gi to import existing warehouse

5. Click Create and download

Download zip and fly up ~~~~
