Apply for an APPID
Log in to the developer background and apply for an AppID according to the following process
Create a new application
Log in to App Store Connect and create an application using the appID you just applied for. Select the APPID from the drop-down list and fill in other information as required

Once the app is created, fill in the required information (just click on it and it will tell you which ones are filled in). Private addresses are special and require a web page. You can use user service Agreement and privacy policy “online one-click generation, generation can directly use this address, you can also save to put their own server.
Upload the app
Xcode creates a new application, fill in the appID you applied for earlier, and then upload the application.

2.1 Issuing certificates
Publishing an application requires a publishing certificate. You can obtain a publishing certificate in two ways. The first method (below) is to apply for certificates every time Xcode is released. This method is said to have a maximum of 100 times (no verification), after which the previous certificates need to be manually cleared before the application can continue.

After the APP is uploaded, you can see the newly uploaded APP on TestFlight in APP Store Connect. After the application is uploaded, it is in the “Preparing” state. Wait about 10 minutes before it changes to the “Ready to Submit” state.
In the Build of the App Store information, you can add the version you just submitted. Once you’ve filled out all the information, you’re ready for arraignment.
