Why I run

18 years in March continuous insomnia 3 weeks more, spent more than 1K check did not check a problem, the doctor suggests I go running try, for their sleep holding the attitude that tried to go to tianhe park run, do not know whether there is a reader is near guangzhou Tianhe park. Ran for a month, at the beginning of a week 3 times, each time exceed but 3 km (the body is really poor), insomnia significantly improved a lot, so began my running….

keep moving

  • From 3km->5km->7km->10km->12km->15km, every breakthrough gives me a sense of achievement
  • From the first 20 minutes to the next 80 minutes, I felt much better in physical condition, and there was no problem going up to the sixth floor in one breath
  • The fat is gone, the abs are contours, I have energy, AND I feel like I’m 18 again
  • I have honed my will, and the persistence has become a habit and become my biological clock. I constantly break through my upper limit, run farther and pace faster, and a little progress is also my affirmation.

Bash those who make excuses

  • My father, who is my roommate in college, was admitted to ICU some time ago. His average daily cost is about $1. I believe that few people can afford it
  • I think they are all excuses. For example, my running friends and I get up at 6 am, finish running before 8 am, take a bath and go to work overtime. Even though we are very busy, we run at least once a week, and we squeeze out all the time
  • I don’t want to be that big. I don’t want my legs to be that big. That’s funny. You think that’s easy for you? There is no such thing as fitness for a short time, but it is an investment in self that gives positive feedback.
