PHPZlc open Source dynamics: easier installation, comprehensive collection of community libraries

PHPZlc’s nine existing recipe components have all been indexed by the Symfony Contrib recipe repository.

Currently, the installation of PHPZlc will not require the deployment of a local recipe server. This will greatly improve the speed and experience of installation. Subsequent releases of functionality that require the deployment of a local recipe server will be documented.
