Learn resource management: party A’s resources, PARTY B’s PM certainly can’t just call to move. Learn to maintain good social relations with others. If they can’t help you, at least they won’t bury you and become your opposite. Internally, we should maintain good management and set up our own position. We should not think that we are management and be rude to other colleagues. We should conquer others with our ability. Maintain good relationships with key internal stakeholders.
Learn how to communicate management: how to communicate with project managers is very difficult. A lot of project managers may be licking their butts, but there’s no need. We’re all created equal. However, it is better for project managers to put things in perspective, communicate with a non-humble attitude, and influence and win praise from others with their professionalism.
Project management is not only the collection of cold knowledge points, but also the realization of direct interpersonal communication skills. Don’t be a project manager with low EQ. Learn to be assertive.
