I. Function description
The process data maintenance tool provides business maintenance of instance data generated by the system (including corresponding backlog, done, to be read, read, work in flow, and completed work), such as backlog deletion, scheduling, opinion modification, work business data change and corresponding attachment replacement and other maintenance functions.

After connecting to the O2 cloud, open the application market, find the Process Data Maintenance Tool, and install it. The diagram below:

3.1, entrance
By: http://hots/x\_desktop/portal.html? Id =processTool. Open the tool on the webui.

This feature is open to administrators, so only administrators can see all data.
4. Operation instructions
4.1. To-do List
4.1.1 Function Introduction
Todos can be queried by title, status, process name, todo, drafting department, start time, end time. Each backlog can carry out flow, transfer, delete maintenance operations.
4.1.2. Backlog transfer
The flow operation is to read the decision group, decision configuration, choice decision and input input opinion of the link in the process configuration according to the corresponding link of the current backlog process and handle the backlog with the administrator’s identity.
4.1.3 Transfer of backlog
A forward operation transfers the currently selected backlog to another person for processing. Those selected after the transfer become to-do, and those selected after the transfer become to-do.
4.1.4 Todo Deletion
The delete action is to delete the item from the todo list of the todo person. You don’t have to deal with it. If the current link’s todo is the last handler of the link, then if the current link is multi-handler, follow the path chosen by the previous person to proceed to the next link; If the current session is handled by a single person, the document is automatically transferred to the writer, where the session remains.
4.2. Completed work
4.2.1 Function Description
Completed tasks can be queried by title, status, process name, done, draft department, start time, end time. Each office can be modified, delete maintenance operations.
4.2.2 Modification of opinions
To modify an opinion, click Opinion and enter the opinion in the opinion box that is displayed. The opinion in the corresponding process instance will also be modified.
4.2.3 Deleted
Delete operation is to delete the already done, the already done list of the already done deleted.
4.3 Work to be read
4.3.1 Function Introduction
Completed tasks can be queried by title, status, process name, to be read, draft department, start time, end time. Each to read can be transferred, read, delete maintenance operations.
4.3.2 Forward to read
Refer to the transfer operations to be done.
4.3.3 To read turned to read
Operation is to input input to change the current read work to read work.
Click the “Read” button and input the read comments in the pop-up window frame.
4.4.4 To be read and deleted

4.5 work read
4.5.1 Function Introduction

4.5.2 Modification after review
To modify the opinions you have read, click Opinion and enter the opinions in the opinion box that is displayed. The opinions in the corresponding process instance will also be modified.
4.5.3. Read and deleted
To delete is to delete the current read work.
4.6. Work in flow
4.6.1 Function Introduction
Work in flow (a work in flow corresponds to multiple todo, read, done, read). All work in flow can be queried by title, process name, draft department, start time, end time. Flow of work to provide scheduling, reading, maintenance operations. After the scheduling operation, all the to-do tasks corresponding to the job are deleted, and new to-do tasks are generated. Reading operation is to choose the reader to send this job to read the job. Maintenance is the content change corresponding to the business data, and the replacement of attachments and all the to-do, done, read, and done operations corresponding to the job.

4.6.2 Delete work in Flow
Delete operation Delete the selected work (corresponding to the work to do, to read, done, read will be deleted accordingly).
4.6.3 Try flow
Try the flow operation. If there is no normal flow in case of an accident, try the flow operation again after setting the candidate, and the flow can be carried out normally when conditions are available.
4.6.4 End the process
End process operation is to end the current work flow, the corresponding todo will be deleted. Done, ready to read, read not affected, continue to retain.
4.6.5 Refer to operation
The reference operation adds a reference to the selected job, and the added reference has permission to see the job.
4.6.6. Recall operation
The withdrawal operation is to withdraw the selected work, and if the work allows the withdrawal, the work will be withdrawn to the previous link.

4.6.7 Work scheduling
Scheduling schedules this work to a certain link in the flow, after scheduling, the original to-do is deleted, according to the scheduling link to generate to-do. The operation is shown below:
4.6.8 Reading operation
Read operations select read personnel to generate the job’s read. The operation is shown below:
4.6.9 Maintenance Operations
Maintenance Lists all the todos for this job. Todos can be transferred, todos can be read and todos can be deleted. The operation is shown below:
4.6.10 Attachment maintenance
The maintenance attachment TAB is used to replace and sort attachments. The operation is shown below:
4.6.11. See Maintenance
The maintenance reference page displays a list of all personnel who have permission to view the job and can be deleted. The operation is shown below:
4.6.12. Maintenance of business data
The service data TAB is used to modify the service data. Select the domain name of the corresponding service data store and modify the service data. The operation is shown below:
