With the recent release of Dotnet Core 3.0, we can use Dotnet Core to develop desktop applications for Windows PCS. Here is a simple process for creating a project. The VS version I used is Vs Enterprise 16.3.1

Environment: VS 2019 16.3.1



We then go to the new project as normal: Windows Forms App (.NET Core)



Go ahead and click create :(we won’t change the name)



We saw that the project was very simple

Let’s continue to run the project by pressing [F5] to see the effect, as shown below
