1084315 – Consulting: Information about the multiple backend scenario

Please refer to note 1084315. As mentioned in this note:

“objects CUSTOMER_MAIN, CUSTOMER_REL, MATERIAL, BUPA_KNVH, and DNL_CUST_PROD1 technically support the data exchange under MEP.

All other objects and Transactional data in Particular, are not supported.” Customer incident has two requirements for a single CRM and multiple ERP:

  1.   The master data will be replicated from different ERPs to the same CRM(7.03), including customer, material, price records. For some countries, they have total different materials numbering, however, for other countries, they use the same material numbering with headquarter group.

  2.   Meanwhile, transaction records (sales order) will be replicated to ERPs from CRM.

SAP supports only CRM<->ERP 1:N connections for the above five Adapter Objects. All other scenarios that do not appear in the Repository Object Name column are not supported.



In the maintenance of CRM site, if CRM is connected to multiple ERP systems, this can be done in CRM Tcode SEOEAC. You can directly add the corresponding entries of multiple ERP systems, as shown in the figure:
