Python can now run Python 3 on macs on M1 chips without Rosetta2 translation as of version 3.9.1

1. Check the Python version carried by the PC. Open the terminal and check the Python 3.8.4 version
2. Go to the Python website: https://www.python.org/
3. Download the latest Python version, which is Python 3.9.7
4. After the download is complete, double-click the installation package and install it as prompted. The default PYTHon3 version will be replaced with the latest version
