First Job

Impact of the epidemic

This was indeed the outbreak of the epidemic. Net employment opportunities are less than during the pandemic at home to learn the front end. I studied at home and paid the rent in Beijing again and again. I watched the money I had saved so hard go by bit by bit. In the middle of May 2020, the epidemic situation improved slightly and I returned to Beijing.
Second Job
I had a good chat with the interviewer and entered the company directly according to 7K (expected salary). After entering the company, I found that one of the people who introduced me to the company resigned. After his resignation, the company left me as a front-end developer. That means I need to take over the company’s current 4 projects within a week. At the beginning, I felt it would be impossible to finish the project within a month. However, by working hard and taking over the project in 4 days, that person also successfully left the company ahead of schedule.
The first thing I dealt with after I took over was the official website project. Because the project that the person was leaving was relatively simple, I finally chose CMSwing + JS to realize the official website project through communication with the leader, and it took 7 days to complete the official website project. I entered the stage of maintaining two management systems. At that time, there was a big change in business which required the reconstruction of the front and back end projects, so I began to reconstruct these two projects. Continuous realization of functions and review of continuous optimization and improvement of the project.
Look for the sea in the target’s heart
At present, the company maintains a total of five projects, three of which (the official website and two management systems) are reconstructed, one of the public account is newly developed, and the other is also under continuous maintenance. Through the experience above, I feel that I can not settle for the status quo and need to find a goal to break the status quo.
