A little review

In the blink of an eye, it’s another year. The year 2020 is particularly short because of the epidemic. Although brief, the general summary should be done. I looked at my summary of 2019, and I think the label 2019 has marked me is independence and the pursuit of knowledge breadth. I got good results on both in 2019, when I made a mind map like this.

An overview of the 2020

Now I want to talk about my 2020. With the accumulation of 2019, I have changed my role in the team, which is called the architecture team member. But the fact is that this identity positioning is very vague, but in this case, I started a different growth path in 2019, the following is my summary of my growth in 2020:

  • I began to pay more attention to the growth of soft power rather than the improvement of hard power. I paid more attention to communication, overall planning and technical scheme control, rather than how to complete a certain requirement and what skills to apply in the coding process.
  • When the breadth of knowledge reached the standard, I began to concentrate on studying more specific things, hoping to think from a higher dimension when looking at problems. Therefore, the importance of language and tools decreased, and I began to learn V8 engines, browser working principles, network protocols, engineering design and other things that seemed more empty to accomplish the requirements.
  • I paid more attention to the output of knowledge. In 2020, I opened source a set of self-developed small program building tools. And in this year, I have exported more than 20 technical articles both internally and externally. Compared with the knowledge I learned in 2019, I am more willing to share in 2020, which fully feeds me.

In 2020, my greatest joy is to complete a complete engineering program. In the field of small programs, our team gave up the commonly used framework applications in the market and chose self-development. A self-developed framework solves a lot of problems for us. In essence, it brings us the benefits of rapid development, rapid problem location, stability, efficient tool integration and so on. The following is my architectural drawing of the project:

conclusion

In 2020, I completed a complete set of engineering solutions, 10+ tool research and development, and 20+ knowledge document output. In the continuous output work, I also had some unexpected happiness, and was honored to be one of the first group of contributors to Polaris Action. I think this is a satisfactory answer for 2020. In 2021, I hope I can be more calm, precipitation better things for everyone, also hope I can always love technology.
