Keila Banks is only 15 years old, but she has a good work-life balance and enjoys it.

Banks spoke about her work-life balance at the Catalyst Conference in San Francisco, which aims to encourage more women to work in the tech industry.

Banks is a programmer from a sanding machine, and she has been speaking at conferences since she was 11 years old. She has spoken at an open source event in front of 4,000 people and at the White House on computer science. She taught herself programming and Web design. Her father often took her to various events around the world.

Despite the tight schedule, Banks says she still has time to study and does well in school. She is also working on her photo and video editing.

“The best advice I ever got was, ‘Do what you love, and every day won’t feel like work,'” she says. If you’re interested in what you’re doing, it’s easy to focus on it. ‘”

Banks reveals that she keeps in close contact with many people from various groups like Linux Chix, Girls in Tech, PyLadies, and others who share similar interests with her. She says it’s important to be motivated by the people around you.

“Girls like me will continue to grow, and in the future it will be more and more common for women to work in science and technology,” she said.
