DevOps Hackathon Challenge Introduction
DevOps Hackathon is a gold training camp originally created by IDCF, which simulates real business scenarios, experiences end-to-end DevOps, experiences 7 modules within 36 hours, and uses scientific DevOps method to experience a complete business innovation process from business model planning to project roadshow end. The DevOps Hackathon schedule
- Module 0: Pre-order knowledge import. Learn the end-to-end DevOps 5P framework, and have a basic understanding of DevOps concepts and methods.
- Module 1: Product innovation. Practice creating an inspiring vision for your product;
- Module 2: Product function planning. Explore labels and pain points through user portrait, use user story map to sort out product core functions, sort out product vision, define product core values, and build product MVP prototype;
- Module 3: Iteration planning. Learned and mastered skills such as iterative goal design, task disassembly and claim, set up physical Kanban and prepared for implementation;
- Module 4: Build a continuous delivery pipeline. Set up development environment and branch strategy, set up continuous delivery pipeline, sort out micro-service architecture and complete online delivery of the first iteration MVP version;

- The process of assembly line construction was intense and intense. The internal research and development pipeline of Cloud Intelligence was adopted, and TDD module was added to test the whole process of enabling by the architect Jeff. This link shows the research and development ability of the cloud wisdom team. The winning team scored 16 points, setting the highest record in the history of the dark horse. Other teams also got points, showing the programming strength of the cloud wisdom research and development team.
- During the road show, a number of teams appeared in the form of CP combination partners. With tacit cooperation, they showed wonderful speech ability, and their careful logic showed clear thinking, responsibility for the project and confidence in the profession. And for the first time in the competition, the best speech was won by a pair of CP’s: the north east Scottish guy and the big lung king without the mike.
Awards announced
IDCF· Cloud Intelligence DevOps Hackathon Challenge set up the best dark horse team, the best assembly line, the best creativity, the best dark horse spirit, the best individual speaker and other awards. After 36 hours of practice and competition, the six participating teams all completed the challenge, and showed very excellent roadshow works.

This is an optimistic and progressive team. Just like the name of the team, the fifth group came for the championship. Through the fierce competition in every link, with the concerted efforts of all the team members, they finally won the title.
Best Assembly Line Award: Group 3 “All-in-One American Excellent Technology Team”
The team members were eager to win the honor of “releasing the assembly line first”. Although the third group failed to take the lead, they narrowly won by 2 points with their strong programming strength and willpower. Finally, they created a new record for the dark horse assembly line with 16 points, and won the award for the best assembly line at one fell fell fell!

Best speaker: north east Scotland guy + no mike big lung king
In the PK stage of the road show, there were three teams, each of which sent 2 team members to form the speaker CP team. It can be said that the competition was fierce everywhere. Finally, the first group, a young man from the northeast of Scotland and a big lung king who did not use a mike, stood out from the speakers with their own advantages in witty speech, careful logic and movement control.
In addition to the above winning teams, the second group of “rowing without paddle technology” team, the fourth group of “cloud innovation technology” team, the sixth group of “assault not bald chicken” team also brought a very good performance.
