When your device (iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch) falls into a black screen, white screen and Apple logo or even restart cycle, there is no way to force the switch on and off, PhoneRescue’s iOS Repair Tool mode can easily repair iOS devices. Please refer to detailed instructions to get the most out of PhoneRescue.
Step 1: Preparation.
Perform the following operations:
- Launch PhoneRescue for iOS on your computer
- Connect your iOS device to your computer using a USB cable
- Select the Device Rescue – Fix iOS option
After you select Repair iOS mode, click the button at the lower right corner of ➡️ to repair the system.
Step 2: Analysis.
Perform the following operations:
- Enter the Recovery mode
- Download the Firmware package
Currently, the iOS Repair Tool features two repair modes – standard mode and advanced mode. After using standard mode, your iOS will be updated to the latest version and all device data will be completely deleted. If you choose “Advanced Mode” to fix your iOS system, data will not be deleted. Please select a mode to fix your iOS system.
If your iOS device is jailbroken, it will be updated to a non-jailbroken device. If you have previously unlocked an iOS device, it will be re-locked again.
Follow the three-step instructions in the window to enter the Recovery mode.
After you enter the Recovery mode, check your device information. To fix the abnormal operating system, click the Download button to download the firmware for your iOS device. It takes a few minutes to download the package, so please be patient. At the same time, ensure that the Internet connection is stable.
Step 3: Repair.
Perform the following operations:
- Waiting for repair process
- Set up your “new” iOS device
After downloading the firmware pack, PhoneRescue will automatically restore your iOS device to a normal state. Do not disconnect the device before restarting it.
When the recovery process is complete, you will see the Done page.
