background

With three years of work experience, I was hesitant after I got a master’s degree in social recruitment, because the technical level was good in my opinion, but the salary of two years’ work experience was about five years’ salary. I didn’t have any human experience. Although I majored in computer for my master’s degree, MY major was network. Hr helped me arrange a second interview with him.

process

  1. A: During the interview, I mainly asked some technical questions, such as network foundation, JS, VUE, CSS, algorithm, scene, and some of his practical questions and contributions in the project. After the interview, I found that the technology was ok. Most of the questions were answered, which showed that I had made preparations. I have used a lot of frameworks and they are all self-taught and there is no problem in the actual application of the project.
  2. Second face: the big guy mainly asked about this person’s project questions, the following is I remember some questions
    • Self-introduction: General self-introduction everyone will introduce their name, the project done such as the big guy heard only the project overview continued to ask there is no need to introduce, the interviewer began to say that in addition to the project also do what or do the detailed content of the project
    • A pet project
      • Abstract a project and say why you think it’s okay
      • What are the difficulties? Who encountered them, who solved them, and how
      • Did you request group resources when solving the problem
      • Who is leading the developer/why do you think he is leading the project
      • If you’re leading why are you leading
      • What is deposited after you do the project
    • Is there any common component output after doing these projects
      • Introduce a complex component (the interviewer stops by saying there are no particularly complex components)
      • Expansion: how much time saved, what was the feedback like, how long did it take, technical difficulties
    • Non-technical problems
      • Such as communication or process (the interviewer says it went well and doesn’t follow up)
    • Lead people (because the interviewer is leading a multi-front-end development project)
      • Members of the distribution
      • What’s the strategy for how to bring people
      • How do you feel about taking people with you
      • Do you think you can lead people? (After thinking for a long time, the interviewer said that he felt his ability is not enough to lead people.)
      • Think oneself ability reach under what circumstance can lead a person
    • What did you do outside of the project
      • Introduced one by one
      • Ask the one he thinks is better
      • Do you do these things by yourself or appointed by the group leader
    • Have you ever shared
      • The number, frequency and enthusiasm of sharing
      • What was shared
      • Did you actually use what you shared in the project and what was the result
    • A three – to five-year career plan
    • Reason for leaving (the answer is that what I do is not very technical, and I want to specialize in technology)
      • Continue to ask, if the former company meets this condition, still need to leave

conclusion

I learned a lot during and after the interview by talking to the boss:

  1. When you are looking at the resume when you should have a positioning, this person you need to write business or you need to bring people or you need him as the main development of components or wheels, relative to different positioning you need to ask different questions.
  2. Is this person in the company’s values, such as optimizing the interviewer do basic is appointed, or component or things they do not study a lot and he is hoping that it technology, when asked if he wanted to take one’s thought for a few minutes to phase out said, technology is not to, that this person altruism is insufficient, It is inconsistent with our company’s values and positioning.
  3. From the state of the answers, we can see that this person has learning ability, reaction ability and communication ability. In fact, these are ok for the above interviewees, but they are not in accordance with our needs and values.
