The golden job-hopping season is coming, and I know everyone is already getting excited. Today, I would like to share with you a small interview tips, the initiative in their own hands.

Implicit dialogue

The perfect communication model is: Ask (Q)-> Answer (A)-> Confirm, and the conversation ends without A loop.

You begin the interview with a simple logic:

Interviewer: Why should I hire you? You: You admitted me for XX.

Even if the interviewer doesn’t say a word, everything you say should center around “Here’s why you hired me.”

So, whenever you get a chance to talk, talk about your strengths.

Irrelevant answer

Interviewers themselves agonize over how to set questions to examine candidates. Wouldn’t it be a shame if the interviewer asked you about your weaknesses and you didn’t get a chance to express your strengths?

You can make a forced transition by using words like ** “of course”, “that’s right”, “obviously”, “it’s important”, and then say whatever comes next. Don’t use words like “but” or “however,” because everyone is sensitive to this twist. (The more intelligent the person is, the stronger the cue is.)

quantitative

Don’t say things like “completed tasks assigned by supervisor” or “made multiple optimizations” on your resume. Try to be specific, don’t use generalities. You can say something like “optimized the so-and-so module, improved performance by 55%”.

As a resource, human resources have been scientifically quantified, which is especially evident in large companies. Enterprises will evaluate you from many aspects, such as skills, communication, stability, personality, attitude, education background and intelligence. Each has its own specific problems. If you had to do a monologue, what would you say about your strengths that would cover all the interviewer’s criteria?

** This is the hard part. ** You need to reexamine yourself against yourself.

Don’t make me think

Don’t make me think. It’s a book. It’s a principle. Let the other person make A simple “A/B” or “yes” decision. The same goes for interviews when your subtext is “I’m this, this, this great, would you like to hire me?” The interviewer only has to make the judgment call.

The last

Just a few of them.

Don’t think of these techniques as opportunistic. These techniques are designed to give you a chance to express your strengths. If you don’t have the strengths the other side needs, even if you try to get a voice, there’s nothing to say.

If you use any of these techniques in your interview, try asking for 2K more. If it works, come back and like it.

Of course, it is important to follow my public account.
