This paper mainly describes the Internet branding of IT hardware and software industry. I wrote an article earlier (also on business models-Operations Management series) on some business models that IT software companies need to run their businesses. As a continuation of this article, this paper focuses on the branding of IT hardware and software companies to do a description.

I. OEM of products;

Internet many early hardware factories are agents for some large companies to produce products, to earn profit margins. These are some small factories or specialized OEM factories with nanoscale assembly line production platforms as required. Software factories, like the construction of IT software projects we have seen, built systems in the form of outsourcing in the early stage. Hardware factory in other businesses to OEM, some on their hardware development team, on the circuit and so on of the OEM product research, and to develop their own hardware products, finally, in terms of product sales, while earning business contract fee, also gradually have their own products, this is a level higher than that of pure foundries. 3. Branding;

When software and hardware companies have their own products, the next is to carry out product branding. As we all know, for example, some famous international products have high prices, but there is a certain guarantee of appearance design and quality, and the rest is the credit of these international brand companies for the branding promotion of the product. So, some small companies, in the early stage are through the Red Sea competition, the rest of their own characteristics of the product, and then advertising and so on to promote the product, after the positioning of the product, is the product branding. That is, what customers buy is the brand price of the product, not the actual production price of the product.

4. Listing;

I wrote an article about the business model of Internet companies. After the company has gone through the test of survival, it is time to develop. At this time, many companies are through the way of listing the company to circle the money, to the bank loans and other ways to let the company listed, by earning the majority of shareholders’ money to plan the development of the enterprise. Now the country is on the market and so on restrictions are less, so a lot of companies through this way to circle money. This is how many entrepreneurs who invest make their companies known and earn dividends.
