After you import the project on Git, close the project. Click Open to Open the project from the POM.xml file.

Configure Git development roles and rad.properties(in the Development folder).

In the Maven window on the right, click Reimport All Maven Projects.

Configure Tomcat: Delete the original Deployment in Deployment and add new exploded. Configure Name in Server, Open browser, On ‘Update’ action: Update classes and Resources, On frame deactivation: Update Classes and Resources,JRE. Then click Apply, OK to complete the configuration.

At this point, the running environment of Maven project in IDEA is configured.
