At that time, with an internship salary of 3000 yuan, I joined the internship together with the students of Beijing 985, who had a golden resume, talked confidently and did a very beautiful job.

All of these make me feel small, can only work hard. Encounter won’t, oneself really check can’t come out, ask a teacher.

Although I try very hard, I always meet all kinds of problems. And the AI industry is a relatively new industry, there is very little information available. I was like a headless fly, with no direction and repeatedly hit the wall.

Seeing me like this, he would give me extra “lessons” after work, work on my own projects, attend various summits, play games, blog, etc., and give me a lot of constructive suggestions.

More importantly, he analyzed my strengths and weaknesses and tailored a career plan for me through deliberate practice and continuous preparation and accumulation.

In less than two months, I was a member of my own team, able to discuss important issues and solve problems with the regular staff.

After graduation, I got a regular job and got a monthly salary of 16K. From 3K to 16K a month, I only walked for 4 months.

“Remember,” my teacher said, “that the first few years of your career are the best time to draw a gap between you and your peers. “

He made me understand that the direction of study is more important than hard work, the direction of effort will make your life twice the result with half the effort.
