1. Replace the mouse

I wish I’d bought it sooner. It saves a lot of space on the desktop, and it’s much more flexible, which means I can watch a movie lying down without worrying about the glare of the screen when I’m looking sideways. It can rotate 365 degrees.
3. Replace the keyboard
Until then, with the exception of the ergonomic keyboard, I can confidently say that I have used every mass-produced mechanical keyboard with a reputation around the world. Customized limited play, this thing is too expensive, not on my list of options.
I first tried the most polished ergonomic keyboard from my colleague’s Microsoft. Confident in their own blind typing process, typing posture standards. And so it is with this ergonomic keyboard. After using it for a week, I found that it did nothing to relieve my wrist pain…. I can’t say nothing is useless, only that there is no egg at all. 5. Don’t sit too long
Not being sedentary is the key. For this reason, I bought a wristband with a sitting alert function. Get up and move about every 45 minutes. But often, when the state comes to work, I am directly to the annoying bracelet to take off.
To solve this problem, I am a water buffalo and drink 2,000 milliliters of water a day, so I changed the company glass to 200 milliliters, so I don’t need a bracelet to remind me.😊
