I wonder if you make a work plan at work? And how? Today xiaobian will share with you how to do xiaobian work plan, just need to install Excel computer, simple and convenient.

As shown in the figure above, when the task is completed, we just need to click the check box in front of the task, and the task will be automatically marked as completed. When we click it again, it will change to the original completed situation. Is it very convenient? Here is a work plan to make with xiaobian.

First we prepare the infrastructure and data, as shown below:

1. Add a check box control

First, click “check box” in “Form Control” under “Control” command group under “Development Tools” TAB.

After moving the mouse over the cell area, we will see the mouse turn into a black cross. Move the mouse over the A5 cell area and click the left mouse button to complete the creation of the checkbox.

2. Set the check box and its cell

First of all, we need to delete the text in the check box. Right click the control to edit the text or double click the text to delete the text.

As shown in the figure above, reduce the size of the white box outside the check box as much as possible. If it is too large, it will overwrite other cells, and when you operate on other cells, it will become operation on the check box, affecting operation.

Right – click the check box and choose Set Control Format.

Cell links are set to A5 cells.

Now when we check the box, the contents of A5 cell will be true, and when we uncheck the box, the contents of A5 cell will be FALSE.

Therefore, we need to set the A5 cell font color to white.

Similarly, add other check boxes and set them.

3. Finish setting the situation

Completion setting:

Completed: “1”;

Incomplete: “0”;

Not started: “-1”.

Explanation of completion:

If the check box is selected, it is completed.

If the check box is not selected and the time is less than or equal to today, it is incomplete.

If the check box is not selected and the time is greater than today, it indicates not started.

Xiaobian sorted out a logical diagram:

4. Complete the setting

IF(–A5=1,1,IF(C5<=TODAY(),0,-1))), then fill in the complete column.

Then select the D5:D9 cell area and click the “Icon Set” in the “Conditional Formatting” command group under the “Start” TAB to select “Other Rules”.

As shown below, select “Show ICONS only” and set the ICONS from top to bottom as: green tick, Red Cross and yellow sigh, where green tick “value” is “1”, “type” is “number”, Red Cross “value” is “0”, and “type” is “number”.

The result is as follows:

Then use a format brush to paint the completed Settings in the upper right corner as an icon.

At this point the whole process is complete.
