How to turn off the Microsoft AutoUpdate pop-up prompt on a Mac

After installing Office, the MAC will always pop up Microsoft Auto Update to inform you of the Update problem. How to close Microsoft AutoUpdate popup prompt

Method 1: Set the permission to be inaccessible

Open a terminal

CD /Library/Application/Support/Microsoft/MAU2.0 sudo chmod 000 Microsoft\ autoupdate.appCopy the code

Method 2: Delete
