EasyNVR Video Edge Computing Gateway is an integrated hardware and software platform of TSINGSEE Video, which can combine with our other video platforms to form multiple industry solutions. EasyNVR can access devices that support RTSP/Onvif, and distribute video streams in various formats, such as RTSP, RTMP, HTTP-FLV, WS-FLV, HLS, WebRTC, etc., which can be applied in many scenarios, such as smart factory, smart park, smart port, smart construction site, etc.

Recently, some users reported that the EasyNVR page could not be opened, and the Web page of EasyNVR was entered, but there was no data on the page. Today we’re going to share the solution.

1) I first checked the system log and found no problem about the page not being opened.

2) Open the browser page and call the F12 developer mode to check whether there are related errors returned, as shown in the figure:

3) As shown in the figure above, you can see that the console at the front end returns a 404 Not Found error. 404 is unable to find the corresponding page to display, so we check whether EasyNVR front-end WWW is normal:

4) Comparing the front-end directory with the normal version, there are no missing files, so we go to check whether there is a problem in the configuration file that calls the front-end:

5) A base_config field was found missing in the configuration file, and the whole field was deleted. Therefore, we need to copy the base_config field value from the normal easynvr.ini configuration file to the easynVR configuration file now in use. The modification of the configuration file takes effect only after you restart the easynvr.ini configuration file. After the modification is complete, restart the Easynvr service.
