When the programmer inn package project enters the project implementation phase, YesDev will automatically synchronize the project and begin project collaboration.

1. I’m an enterprise
If you are a client, you can publish your requirements and your project at the programmer inn for free.
After release, please wait for the programmer Inn platform to review and match quality developers.
Enter YesDev project collaboration
Once the platform is approved and a developer accepts the order, YesDev can be accessed on the project details page for online collaboration on the project.
After entering the YesDev project Details page, you can see all relevant information about the project, including but not limited to: project overview, project requirements, project tasks, project issues, documentation, etc. Free to add, edit, and collaborate with multiple people online.
In addition to jump access from the Programmer’s Inn platform, you can also view it directly from the YesDev top menu [Project Collaboration] – [Project Management]. For projects from Programmer’s Inn or projects that are open for external collaboration, there will be an external collaboration TAB.
Tips: In Project Management, view the entire package of projects automatically synchronized from the programmer’s inn.
Submit new questions
During acceptance, issues found can be submitted and associated with the collaborative project, and then addressed by the development team.
On the YesDev project details page, you can view the progress of the problem in real time.
Invite more external teams to collaborate
If you need to check which external teams have joined the project collaboration, or you need to add more teams to the project collaboration, you can click “External collaboration”.
The team you join at this time should not be limited to the team at the programmer inn, but can be any registered YesDev team.
To complete the project
Finally, when the project is complete, you can change the status of the project to completed. At this point, the project collaboration is complete and archived to the history project.

2. I’m the project manager
If you are a project manager for the Programmer Inn platform, you can collaborate online with clients through YesDev.
Confirm the order
Log in to the programmer’s inn and view the operation tasks on the workbench.
Confirm and accept new items.
Once the order is confirmed, YesDev can be accessed on the project page to collaborate on the current project.
Enter YesDev project collaboration
The jump link above gives you access to the YesDev specific project details page. On the YesDev Project Details page, you can find all relevant information about the project, including but not limited to: project overview, project requirements, project tasks, project issues, documentation, etc. Free to add, edit, and collaborate with multiple people online. The data will be stored in real time with the programmer inn platform in both directions.
You can also see platform projects automatically synchronized from the programmer inn through project Collaboration – External Collaboration at YesDev.
Tips: In the menu on the left of “External Collaboration”, check the collaboration projects of programmer inn.

Correlate new requirements
On the YesDev project details page, you can edit and associate new requirements. For example, after receiving a new project, create three new requirements based on customer requirements:
- Official WEBSITE UI Design
- Website front-end development
- Official website functional test
Once saved, you can see the new requirement you just added. Also, according to the team’s personnel, the requirement leader can be assigned, and according to the customer’s requirements to set the requirements to complete the online time.
After the requirement is completed, the requirement status can be changed to “Completed” or “online” in time.
Assess task time
The package project for programmer inn is created with 20 new tasks by default. You can make changes and adjustments from there.
You can add new tasks as the project requires. If the task has been completed, change the task status to “DONE” in time. Convenient internal team and external customers to synchronize the latest project progress and total project hours.
Tip: If you do not need the task created by programmer inn, please contact the customer to delete it.

For Bugfixed
Issues identified by the project test (either by the internal team or by the customer) can be viewed and addressed at the problem associated with the project.
After the problem is fixed or handled, please change the status to “Closed” in time.
Release a subproject
At the programmer inn, the client, or the project manager, can publish a subproject.
Once a subproject is released, it will be automatically synchronized to YesDev after it has been approved and matched to the developer.
Tips: The subproject of programmer inn corresponds to YesDev’s project requirements.
Complete tasks, requirements, and projects
When a task, requirement, project, or issue within a project has been completed, the status can be modified accordingly.

3. I’m a co-developer
Developers at the Programmer inn can also collaborate on projects with YesDev when they join a subproject of the package.

Visit YesDev project collaboration
After receiving the subproject order, click “YesDev Project Collaboration” on the project page of programmer inn to enter YesDev project collaboration.
In YesDev, you can see the requirements you are responsible for, as well as information about the overall project. You can collaborate on projects, requirements, and tasks.
You can also access more external collaboration projects through Project Collaboration – External Collaboration.
Adding a New Task
On the Project Collaboration details page, you can add your new tasks. In the popup window to add a new task, you can fill in the task title, task time and other information, and associated with the requirements you are responsible for.
Complete your tasks and needs
When your task is complete, change the task status to “DONE”. When the requirement you are responsible for is complete, you can change the requirement status to “Completed” or “online”.
