How do vUE components implement background return path, front-end reference display?

New project requirements require the introduction of SVG files to be dynamic. Basically, I need to upload the SVG file locally and process it into a format that my local project can run. Then after a background processing returns a url address: 192. XXXX, XXXX, XXXX/SVG vue. The front end then introduces this path and displays different SVG diagrams based on different paths. The process is basically the same as uploading images, rich text editing and uploading, local uploading, background processing and returning to a URL, and the front-end reference path to show the relevant file.
