Recently, I suddenly wanted to write a blog. I came up with two themes: Java and Kubernetes.
The desire to blog may come from an impulse, from dissatisfaction with the status quo. I don’t know if there’s a purpose, but if there is, then I want to push myself, okay? Maybe a person can only really grow by forcing themselves to outpute. unfortunately, I was boiled frog for too long.
Yes, you read this for a long time and didn’t notice that I wrote any words about Java or Kubernetes, except for those two titles. Yeah, I don’t know how to write it. Or I don’t know how to write it.
Forget it, I do not know where to write from, from their own start to write, write where to calculate where. From graduation to now, it has taken five years, two cities, four jobs. I officially joined the company in the summer of 2016. I still remember that when the leader said “We need to learn from Silicon Valley” in the group, I impulsively replied, “Yes, we need to build this place into the next Silicon Valley”. Half a year later, I resigned. I don’t know why I left, but I left, and I think I know now, because I wanted to make money.
Shenzhen is really a fast-paced city. When I found my first job, I didn’t know much about it at the beginning. When I entered the first company, the probation period was three months, and the salary was the same as my salary in Changsha. At the end of my probation period, I sent in a resume, doubled my salary, and left. It’s also the only job I didn’t get a permanent job. The reason for leaving, or because there is no money, life is not good. Can’t imagine in Shenzhen 4000 yuan a month, food and accommodation are their own, the company work overtime until 9 PM every night. The company didn’t clock in, but nobody left. Finally couldn’t stick it out and resigned.
After leaving, I found a second job with the expected salary. The technical leader came from Huawei and respected the Wolf culture. It’s ok. The company will work overtime for dinner, so I can accept to work overtime in the company. I was prepared to work well in this way, but unexpectedly, six months after joining the company, the company signed a contract with another big financial service company, and the technology was outsourced to them, so we could do some internal maintenance. The source code is packaged to us, but in Chinese code. But little knowledge, Chinese writing code really have not seen, learning, really can not raise interest, and ready to job-hopping. From July 2016 to March 2018, I changed two cities and had three jobs in less than two years. Everyone says that after 3-5 years before graduation, I seem to have cut off the future.
In March 2018, he joined another company and has worked until now. Five years out of school, two cities, four jobs. I don’t think anyone will ever go through what I went through. Sometimes I feel that five years is really fast. During these five years, I wrote Java and Golang codes between 2015 and 2019 (I wrote them for three months). After 2019, I became DM and started to build container platform. Well, I covered Kubernetes with a shell and added graphical operation.
Yes, that’s why I wanted to write this blog. I think the title should be changed. Instead of “How I Started with Kubernetes”, it should be “Five Years of Crap”. But I still a little unwilling, warm water inside the frog, really can not jump out of it?
I don’t know if it’s a Flag, but, uh, let’s call it that. Keep at it. Write two articles a week.
