The first one is more introverted. If I have done it carefully, I can basically answer all the questions in the project. But knowledge beyond the project is just understanding. However, the student’s attitude was very sincere and frank about what he didn’t know. He also admitted that his ability might not be good enough at this stage. I have no problem with my work, but this student has a key problem: he is not very active in learning. Because of their future career planning is not particularly clear, so there is no learning goal. Although the current early 9 to 9, the size of the week, it is really busy, but really want to learn words must be able to take out the time. Even if you study for an hour or two in the evening, it will surely pay off over the months. I also gave him some advice because of his good attitude.

  1. Take time to grow

The first few years of working are the fastest years to accumulate knowledge and skills. Without the burden of family, if you do not consider buying a house, there will not be too much pressure in life. At this time, I need to be like a sponge, and take the initiative to find the source of knowledge, to absorb, so that their rapid growth. Once you have a family and a career, your time will be occupied by family and business, and you will have much less time to study.

  1. Don’t worry too much about salary

One of the reasons for leaving is that he is not satisfied with the salary, but in my opinion, the current salary can match his ability. Just began to work a few years, in hangzhou such a city, the general school graduates, the current general salary is more than ten K, although not much, but to feed themselves is absolutely no problem. Salary is a very important part of a person who is just starting a job, but beyond that, more important is the ability to grow.

Whether you can grow in a company is what a new employee needs to pay more attention to. In today’s society, there are opportunities everywhere. The key lies in whether you have eyes to find opportunities and hands to seize them.

  1. What if I can’t do it?

The student said that his current ability is not very good, can not go to a good company, asked how to do?

Every big bull once had the identity of a rookie. It’s true that a lot of good companies won’t hire you while you’re at it. Big companies may look down on you, but you can’t look down on yourself. Don’t do things with a broken-hearted attitude. Almost ability, to find a scale and level of a relatively low company. In fact, the company is not important, the key is the company’s people to be reliable, of course, the probability of reliable large companies will play a lot. Working in a reliable company can help you learn more, which is better than working as a screw in a big company. Look carefully and you will always find it.

Does this seem to have nothing to do with the title? Okay, let’s focus on the second one. This is kind of cool.

In fact, this person’s foundation is not too bad, and just do similar products. Product or seriously done. But in the process of communication, there is always a feeling of arrogance. On the whole, some of the capabilities in the project are eloquently spoken. This is not a problem, but not the thing is also said a very cool look, and even like a dead pig is not afraid of boiling water, give people a feeling of “right, I just don’t know this thing, can you take me what kind of attitude”.

Willingness and attitude come first, ability comes second. Being competent only reflects that you are good at your business. But a team, on its own, is clearly not enough. At present, the Internet company, no one can survive alone, pay attention to team cooperation. And a swagger, arrogant person, is bound to be the least cooperative in a team. Such a person joining the team is like putting a bomb in the team, the stronger the ability, the stronger the damage to the whole team.

I don’t want to give advice to people like that.

The above two people are relatively deep impression. The first is a common situation. He has a good attitude in the interview. I am willing to communicate with him and offer some suggestions of my own.
