At the same time, the historical data of temperature vacuum degree collected in the tank area should be analyzed, and the process model of the tank area should be established through the algorithm, so as to guide the production of the existing tank area process and achieve the purpose of improving the productivity.
Fu Jianquan sorted out the customer’s requirements as follows: through the analysis of historical data, the machine algorithm is required to accurately determine the current state of the jar. And can make a reminder according to the current state, remind the operator of the next operation steps. At the same time, the experimental results in MES should be combined to determine whether the recommended process parameters are reasonable. Based on these, the optimal process plan should be given.
At that time, Fu Jianquan was a little confused. He only had a slight understanding of big data and did not know where to start at all. Many solutions were fruitless.
