Fixed an issue where Github would often not open

1. Enter tool.chinaz.com/dns/ and query github.com

2. Check that github.com gets the response IP, add the IP to the hosts file, Windows: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts, modify the hosts file,

Add the following IP to the file

13.229.188.59 github.com

140.82.112.4 github.com
